We drove all day and finally crossed the mighty Mississippi! We stayed 30 minutes south of Memphis and ate well. If you know Justin, you know that one of the things he has joked about is that he needed to eat well until the surgery because of hospital food and not getting much to eat in the aftermath. So, we have done our best to have an EatFest! We had BBQ shrimp poorboys, bacon cheese BBQ burger/appetizer assortment, and finally a Paula Dean buffet!
PS-The French Toast Bread Pudding was divine!!
